Project SEARCH Program: NATALIE

Project SEARCH, a national program that helps high school students with disabilities find satisfying roles in the workplace. The program is a one year, business lead, school-to-work partnership to provide relevant job-skills and life-skills training, for students with disabilities.

Project SEARCH has grown from one original program to over 200 sites in five countries.

UPMC provides employment at UPMC Mercy for students of Project SEARCH, in partnership with Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania.
