CJ and Natalie were born with disabilities to families who believed they were capable of anything.
Today, CJ and Natalie are working at UPMC Mercy through Project SEARCH, a program that helps high school students
with disabilities find satisfying roles in the workplace. They have exceeded expectations and created hope for others
with disabilities to fulfill their potential as well.
They have broken the mold and are an inspiration to many. Thanks to UPMC Mercy and Project SEARCH, CJ and Natalie
both have jobs that they love.
“For years they are told they can’t; now all of a sudden there’s an opportunity where they can.”
